The first time Sadie encounters him, Kinsler reveals his intention. Halo 3 Odst was a good game and exciting at the beginning but when you start playing in the city you can easily get lost plus the fact you have to pull out your map HUD everytime you try to get to a clue is really annoying the only reason it was worth while was the content it gave you to try the REACH BETA and Firefight the game itself isnt bad.
