- Sims 4 Cheat Leads To Giant Toilets. Images of gigantic appliances and furniture from The Sims 4 began to circulate online yesterday after people discovered an easy way to manually resize objects. Simply by pressing Shift+, people could resize objects. This is a Sims game, so of course once people figured that out.
- 2) Choose the object you want to modify size, by left clicking on it once 3) On your keyboard, press Ctrl + (square bracket on your keyboard, this is to make it smaller) 4) You have to move the object to see the size changes. 5) If you want to make it larger, use Ctrl + 6) Same thing, move the object and you will see it gets bigger.

Sep 11, 2013 The Sims 4 Build Mode: Frustrations are gone! Posted By sww on Sep 11, 2013 13 comments. I am not a builder, if I build something I’m either in a build mood, using blueprints or making boxes! I find building frustrating because, very often, towards the end of the project you realize something you should have done in the beginning.
Resizing items in The Sims 4 has never been easier! There is now a built in cheat (or maybe we should call it a feature?) that allows you to scale any placable item up in size.

You can not scale items down smaller than its original size at the moment and there is a possibility to cause a few problems, but if used with care, you can scale any item you wish.In order to scale items, you do not need to enter any cheats into the console. When you have an object selected, simply hit:SHIFT + to scale up, and hit:SHIFT + to scale the item back down (it can not go smaller than its original size).
Electronic ArtsRemember cheat codes? A string of letters, numbers, or button combinations that would unlock goodies and easier gameplay modes? Usually written in by developers, cheat codes allow playtesters to make sure all aspects of a game work the way they are intended. In more recent years, though, developers have been a lot more careful about covering their tracks, and cheat codes have been a lot harder to come.
Not so with The Sims, however: Now seeing its fourth iteration at 14 years of age, the life simulation game has always had codes that allow you to get nice little bonuses. For previous players of The Sims, these codes will be very familiar. To enter them, you need to hit Ctrl+Shift+C on a Windows PC or Cmd+Shift+C on a Mac.

This will open up the cheat console; type in your code and hit Enter for each cheat.Note that the brackets aren't required - they simply denote that you need to customise your code. Also, for cheats that give two options in brackets, you simply choose the one that applies. For example, to make all real estate in the game free, you would type 'freeRealEstate on'.There is also one building mode cheat that we know of: when an object is selected, holding down Shift while pressing the key will increase the object's size.On one final note, some of these codes were discovered by Sims forum user TwistedMexican.
