I run windows 8.1 and Napoleon total war will not work. All other steam games work fine, and Napoleon total war worked fine on my old laptops (windows 7 and mac). I have tried asking in steam support, steam community, TW center, and the TW forums, but nonehave been able to help making me think it may be a Windows issue. FYI: i use NO MODS.
