Computer Not Showing Ssd On Mac

Hi there,So I'm not very technically inclined when it comes to computers but I recently purchased a Thinkpad T450s from Lenovo and configured it with basic 4gb RAM and 'upgraded' to the 128gb ssd instead of the 500gb hdd. I purchased a Crucial 8gb RAM and a Transcend 128gb Sata lll M.2 ssd, which I installed myself. That was the easy part, now I find that my RAM is reading fine @12gb, but the M.2 ssd i installed doesnt show up in the Hard Disk Drives section of 'My Computer'.Anyways, I guess my question is why is it not showing up?? Do i need to change BIOS or configure some settings or something???Also, when I check my device manager it shows both the Samsung ssd the computer came with and also shows the Transcend M.2 i installed.how do i save stuff to the m.2 or make it usable???Thanks,Mike.

How do I get it to show in My Computer and be able to use it? I am happy to re-install Windows 7 on either this drive or the Corsair as I have only just got it so do not have much else installed. I also have 2 2TB SATA external drives attached which I am going to use to store. I recently bought a Samsung 850 Evo 500GB which, for now at least, I want to use to install games on (I have another smaller SSD running windows). The drive shows up in my bios and in drive manager but not in disk management. Can anyone help me get this drive working? The final countdown download. I am running windows 10 and my motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI.
