Long story short, I got an AW568 for Christmas and I have been trying ever since to get the damn Control Center to update from 0.9.36 to 0.9.48 but every time I try it does not work. I'll click the download update or whatever in the control center and when the progress bar is finished I click Okay and nothing happens.Tried running the program as administrator and it didn't work. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the PoS software and that didn't work and my Google searches have been less than helpful.

I'm sorry to hear that your keeb isn't working, especially on your cake day.Have you considered going into Device Manager, disabling and uninstalling the HID (Human Input Device)? Solution explorer visual studio. Just go into that submenu, disable and then uninstall the keyboard along with uninstalling the keyboard drivers, and then unplug it. Restart the computer, plug it back in and see if you can download and install the drivers. If it refuses, you may need to enter the device properties menu of the Device Manager by right-clicking the input device (your keyboard) and forcing the installation of new drivers. I'm not very good at explaining how to install drivers, so I hope downloading the exe's from Dell and seeing if they can work together to fix your keyboard does indeed fix your keyboard. That's the only solution I can think of to this problem.
